Sensei Marco Mazzanti and a small team of Kimekai students participated in the 18th Kobe Osaka International World Cup and Training Camp, held in Kuching, Malaysia from 19-26 July 2009.
Over 30 countries participated in the World Cup with Russia coming first and Australia coming 6th . The Kimekai team won 9 medals (3 Gold, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze medals). A great effort was put in by all the Kimekai students. GOLD SILVER BRONZE
