Aimed at the 16 years and above, Kimekai KO is the ultimate physical challenge. Under the supervision of Ed Bavelock, former US Kickboxing Champion, the program is based on the training regime of world class full contact champions, focusing on all aspects of physical fitness. The training is aimed at developing all round fighting skills using techniques from Muay Thai, Kick Boxing as well as the most devastating and effective ground fighting strategies. Train alongside Ultimate Fighters preparing for competition. The 3 ranges of Stand-up, Clinch & Ground are all drilled in these hard core sessions. Train in the most up to date techniques of the MMA Arena. |
